This site exists so you can reach us fast in an emergency. We keep data handling simple and this page explains it in plain English.
If you submit the help form, we collect your name, your phone number, and what you tell us about your situation. If you arrived from an online ad, we also record the ad click identifier your browser carries (such as a Google click ID) so we know our advertising is working.
We use your information to call you back and handle your job. Form submissions go into the customer system we use to manage work orders. Calls to the phone numbers on this site may be logged so we know which ads and pages bring in real work.
We don't sell your information. We don't add you to mailing lists. We only contact you about your request.
